Hosting and technical logs

When you access this website, technically necessary connection data is processed, in particular the IP address, time, requested resource, browser and device information. This serves the secure and stable provision of the website, which is hosted through Wix.

Technical error monitoring

To identify and remedy technical faults, the error type, error message, affected page and shortened browser and device information are logged. This data is used solely for operational security and error analysis under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Contact and enquiries

If you contact us by email, telephone or form, we process your information to answer the enquiry and to initiate or perform a contract. Data is deleted when its purpose no longer applies and statutory retention requirements do not prevent deletion.

Booking and voucher portal

Booking or voucher links take you to the connected external system, where the respective provider’s additional privacy information applies. Data required for booking, payment and delivery is processed under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Cookies and consent

Technically necessary storage may be used without consent. Optional functions, analytics or marketing services may only be activated after consent. You can change or withdraw your selection at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Google Analytics

With your consent to “Analytics”, we use Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It measures page views, device and browser information and clicks on external booking and voucher links. Google also processes the IP address when a connection is established; processing in the USA is possible. We do not send form entries or booking details, and booking clicks are not purchase confirmations. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in our integration. Analytics cookies set by our integration have a 90-day lifetime. You can withdraw consent using “Cookie settings”; measurement then stops and Analytics cookies are removed. AI-assisted voice service

An IONOS AI telephone assistant may be used to handle incoming calls. If so, you will be informed at the beginning of the call. Conversation content, transcripts, connection data and voluntarily supplied contact details may be processed under Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

Technical providers may process data on our behalf. Where data is transferred outside the EU or EEA, the requirements of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR are observed. No automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.

Subject to statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Consent may be withdrawn at any time for the future.
